Why the MORE Infinity Sealer Warranty?

Our high-performance penetrating sealer locks out stains for the lifetime of your stone. Once a certified installer applies MORE® Premium Stone Sealer and you register the project, you’re covered for as long as you own the surface—no annual re-sealing required.

Coverage Highlights

  • Permanent food & beverage stains (coffee, wine, cooking oil)
  • Transferable one time if you sell your home within five years of application

Key Exclusions

  • Etching or dull spots caused by acids
  • Scratches, chips, cracks, impact or thermal shock
  • Warranty coverage for staining applies only when the affected area represents 25% or less of the total surface area of the individual countertop section (e.g., island, perimeter counter, vanity top). Each countertop section is evaluated independently.
  • Damage from prolonged moisture under racks, soap dishes, or drying mats
  • Improper installation or fabrication defects
  • Surfaces not maintained with MORE®-approved pH-neutral cleaners

Registration Steps (30 days to activate)

  1. Go to roxsurfacesolutions.com/register
  2. Enter installer ID, address, and completion date
  3. Upload your installer’s invoice or certificate
  4. Receive a confirmation email with your warranty certificate number

Filing a Claim (within 2 weeks of the incident)

  1. Visit roxsurfacesolutions.com/claim
  2. Provide your warranty #, photos, and incident details
  3. We’ll ship a complimentary stain-removal kit.
  • If the kit does not resolve the issue, a certified technician will be dispatched at no cost to you.
  • If the stain is still not removed we will replace the countertop
